Wanna comment in Lao

If you want to write in Lao, click here to download Layout. (Thanks for punlao.com for giving me a permission to use this layout).
1. Install it.
2. Click start > control panel > Regional and Language Option.
3. Choose Languages tab, and click Details
4. click Add
5. in keyboard layout/IME, choose Punlao keyboard and then OK
6. You will see Punlao Keyboard in a English Keyboard List, then click Ok.
7. You will see a keyboard symbol next to EN in Language bar. You can switch to write in Lao and English there.
